Ecopolis HTZ

The high-tech business park is organized under the model of an innovative business ecosystem. The project is being performed by DCH investment group on the initiative of Aleksandr Yaroslavskyi, the owner of DCH. The intended volume of investments is $1 billion. It will provide Ukraine with at least 10 000 new working places.

Ecopolis HTZ will become the central object of the ‘Ukrainian Silicon Valley’ state project initiated by Volodymyr Zelenskyi, President of Ukraine. It is to be located in Kharkiv city, one of the leading scientific and technological centres in Ukraine.

About 150 hectares of currently unused territory will become a platform for the next tide of the technological revolution in Ukraine:

Ecopolis HTZ Business Park is a long-term investment project launched by DCH, a company owned by Aleksandr Yaroslavskyi who is actively investing in the Ukrainian economy as a whole and particularly in his native Kharkiv Region.

Rational use and deep redevelopment of Kharkiv Tractor Plant will help create a fundamentally new world-class ecosystem for business development, research, and innovation.
